- Users have access to a Discrete Panic Alarm on their cell phone rather than relying on proximity to a campus “blue phone”. Panic Alarms connect users with campus security (and local police if off-campus), with information about the user, their location and a direct audio feed to a response operator

- Users log into the service and, if they don’t log out when programmed (i.e. arrived at destination), Guardian MPS sends an alarm notification to campus security
