Founder & CEO
Henry is an experienced founder and CEO, and is based in Gloucester MA, just north of Boston.
Born in Dublin, Ireland, he founded his first technology company there which rapidly grew across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, eventually being sold to Widepoint Inc ( NYSE:WYY)
In his free time, Henry enjoys walking, spending time at home and sailing with friends off the coast of Gloucester MA. He travels frequently to Ireland and Sweden to visit his children and 4 grandsons.
Vidette Humphries
Vidette has worked for Guardian for the past 17 years. Firstly, working as Head of Customer Support in our UK-based operation, then transitioning in a similar role to the US company in 2018. During this time, Vidette has supported a wide range of customer organizations with setting up their Guardian system, policy development, consultation on the deployment of the safety system and training. She also specializes in Personal Safety and has trained thousands of Social Workers, Child Welfare Workers and a wide range of client-facing people on how to stay safe while working on their own.
Nichola Spence
Nichola has over 30 years’ experience in accountancy services , beginning her career working for one of the Top 5 Accountancy Firms in Northern Ireland. She has been a member of the Accounting Technicians of Ireland society for 29 years. She carries out all accountancy services for Guardian MPS.
Nichola is based in Northern Ireland, where she resides with her husband and their two daughters.
Siobhan Cataldo
Siobhan has more than 13 years of sales experience, beginning her career selling technical services across a range of industries before transitioning to healthcare analytics, where she partnered with large enterprise organizations to deliver data-driven solutions. She now leads new business development and sales strategy at Guardian MPS; driving growth and customer acquisition and helping organizations to implement and adopt innovative lone worker safety solutions.
Siobhan is based in New England, where she resides with her husband and their two daughters.
Roger Leach
Roger joined GuardianMPS in 2020 as an investor and Head of Engineering. He is responsible for the design and development of the Safecall device and its cloud-based operating environment Roger qualified as an electronics engineer and first worked at UK-based computing giant ICL, before moving to a smaller technology company where he worked on the design of avionics and night vision technology for fighter aircraft.
After moving to the US, Roger founded his IT and Quality Consulting company. He is a certified Lead and Internal auditor and consultant in ISO 9001.
Roger is based in Beverly MA., and became a US citizen in 2025. When not working, he loves to cook and enjoys walking and music.
