About Siobhan
Siobhan has spent 2 years working alongside social workers, home health teams, and utility crews to understand what actually keeps people safe in the field. Before joining GuardianMPS, Siobhan led safety program design for a regional home-care network, where a firsthand look at lone-worker risk shaped a career-long focus on practical protection.
Siobhan leads new business development and sales strategy at Guardian MPS, working with healthcare providers, government agencies, non-profits and organizations with field-based workforces to implement lone worker safety solutions. Through conversations with safety leaders and frontline organizations across North America, she has developed deep insight into the operational, compliance, and workforce challenges that shape modern, lone worker programs.
